I've been with A Small Orange for 6 months and although they offer good customer service with prompt responses, my sites are down on a regular basis. It's now become irritating and I'm looking elsewhere.
This is one of the best hosts I have ever used. The staff is one of the friendliest and most eager to help. I have upgraded numerous times with no issues and fast service. They take Paypal which is another plus.
Uptime is great, they don't oversell, and they will help you with anything. I'd give them a 10/10. Pricing isn't amazing but the customer service, reliability and ease of use is worth it!
