I can sum it all up in roughly three words: Best. Hosting. Ever.

The support is fast, friendly, and accurate. Actually, when I first signed up, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They were just amazing. The pricing is excellent and the overall atmosphere is what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordable hosting.

Regardless, I closed my site not too long ago because I really had no need for it anymore but while I was hosted, I was 100% content.:) Would highly recommend them to all.

And just one note, they offer phone support, but they seem to focus much more on the Live Chat, Email, and Ticketing System. I am in no way saying it is bad, I actually spoke to some of the nicest people. I am just letting you know that its there if you need it, but it only runs during the week from 8am-5pm. The others are all 24/7 which is great.

Well, as my Internet business life comes to a peak, I wanted to pay respect to Xweb. When I first encountered them, I was, as with all online businesses, more interested in whether or not they would be able to provide me with what I needed for a long term relationship. For the past two years, not only have they watched as my company grew but I have watched as they have grown to what they have become. Words to describe their support can be summarized by nothing short of perfect. I was assigned an associate from day one who I really got to know and befriend. He managed my tickets, requests, and account. It was great. Performance two years ago was not the greatest but now, I am astounded at just how quickly things have changed. I am impressed beyond belief and would like to let Xweb know that I am sincerely in debt to them for their services.

Have had 0 downtime since signing up over a month ago but support is not the greatest. Satisfactory hosting is what I would consider this.

What can I say besides truly magnificent. I decided to go with Xweb even though they were obviously not a well-known provider and let me tell you I am very pleased in making that decision. Never before have I had a support team treat me with such respect and understanding and the features are beyond great. I really have NO LIMITS except for the space and bandwidth that is. There are none of those gimics where you get tons of space and bandwidth but you can only host 1 or 2 sites. And then there is the pricing. It is affordable and you get a decent amount for your money. Much more than many other hosts for the same prices.

And I just want to dedicate this last paragraph to the support team. First let me say that I have been with plenty of other hosting companies and none have been so curious and understanding towards me. Xwebhosting.org's staff are knowledgeable and have never given up on what I have asked to be done. They are also very reliable and usually answer very promptly.

Overall, I just want to say that XwebHosting is definitely a host that may seem not well known but at the rates and accommodations they offer, they should be.
