I really like the way Server Intellect handles support tickets and phone calls. Anytime I have submitted a trouble ticket or have called I always received an answer quickly. It really helps when your working on a project and need to ask a question or have a permission issue fixed. Pretty much one of my favorite windows hosters by far.
