Myriad Network has the best uptime so far. I've been with them for like 2 years with not a minute of downtime which is pretty impressive. Overall I like Myriad and recommend most people to them. They are really professional when it comes to support. | |||

Do not use them! These people are horrible! They automatically charged us for a renewal (without notifying us). When I contacted them to cancel they said a refund was forthcoming…three months went by with promises for a refund and long delayed response times. They finally said the following: “We apologize for the extended wait on this issue. The problem is that the refund cannot be issued as the original charge was made in a different transaction system. We are only allowed to refund charges using their original transaction numbers in the system and that is not possible in this case. You may speak with your credit card company in order to resolve this issue. Sincerely, Joel Variant” Well, I called my credit card company and since over 3 months had gone by they couldn’t handle the refund. I have since tried to contact Myriad again and there is now zero response. They’re thieves. | |||

I just transferred my site from 1 and 1 to Myriad. The Lady on the phone helped me with all my DNS issues and the transfer went smooth! I like the control panel at Myriad and the staff has been helpful so far! | |||

My current host is Myriad Network, and even though I've used probably a dozen or so web hosts, I've never been happier with one. Their server technologies, transfer speeds, support response, and competitive plan rates are all top-notch. I first signed up with them for The City Church's multiple sites, but was so impressed after just a few months of service that I moved all my family's personal sites onto a shared plan. It's been nothing but a great experience since. Still, as happy as I've been with them, I've never stopped looking for other hosting possibilities. I think it's a habit I developed back in the 90's or something. I guess the grass is always greener. | |||

Myriad's customer support is what made me switch to them. They are very friendly and assisted in transferring my website to their servers from Host Monster. The price is a little higher but the service is way better! | |||

Erik F. Zeiner (current owner of Myriad Network) never paid for Myriad Network. He owes several hundred thousand dollars for it. He also owes J.P. Morgan / Chase Bank around $200k. He is at least half a million dollars in debt. Earlier this year their datacenter (CWIE) shut off their network access for failure to pay their bill. MyriadNetwork criminal Michael Tyler claimed on WHT that it was a "datacenter issue", and that they were not being sued by anyone (which is false). This is all public information, and anyone can obtain the PDFs of the court documents from the internet themselves. They are all criminals and thieves. Erik's mother, stepfather, sister, and multiple other individuals are involved. Hosting with Myriad Network means supporting criminals. | |||

I have 2 sites with Myriad and they are just a great host. They have a good control panel which is easy to use. I have a few databases with them to and they support all the versions of PHP and MySQL. I surely recommend Myriad Hosting :) | |||

I have 17 dedicated IP domains hosted with Myriad Network starting in April 2007. I had the best service and host speed of several top companies until recently. And now there is a very real problem. Last week I noticed several sites not working correctly. I lost sales revenue and advertising money with the big 3 search engines not to mention what customers must have thought by a non-functioning site... I wonder if they will ever be back. The problem? Myriad moved my sites to a different server location and all sites assigned different IPs. Without my knowledge. Without my consent. In development we use the IPs to build the sites. We do not assign DNS until the site is finished and functioning. This is a common practice as there are several problems with building a site and having it live with unfinished or multiple edits on live pages. I am not going into more on this topic as these problems are well known by web development professionals. In part of a Myriad response they questioned my use of IPs as if this is their business but more importantly, it seems they do understand a popular site building method. You may ask why not change all the direct IPs to the domain names throughout the site after development? In most cases we do, but some are not changed for various reasons including they are just missed and also resolving a domain name through DNS when a direct IP on a behind-the-scenes script is faster. There are more reasons. You have to image what I felt as I stared upon all those changed IPs knowing they are the root of my business and financial stability of my family. I am stunned they would do this and why I rate Server Reliability a 1 out of 10. | |||

I recently just switched to this provider. I was impressed with the available programs and all, etc. But reliability is a giant issue. My site in less than a week has been down twice. The last instant is that they say they are doing a DNS change. I love how they didn't even send an email message saying they were going to do this so I would know my site was going to be down for like "forever." Unprofessional, unreliable, unrecomendable. | |||

Myriad Network has been a blessing in my search for the best hosting around. My VPS was setup within minutes and all of my support tickets have been answered within minutes. I've been able to push 70+mbit through my VPS without a problem and have expirienced no real significant outages since being there. | |||

There are a lot of good reviews here for Myriad, and Myriad has earned them well. The team of Jeff and Tom Peterson have been running it for as long as I can remember and NOBODY in the industry is better. BUT and I wish there was a way to make that BUT bigger, Jeff and Tom no longer appear to be with the company, it has been sold to EMC Telecom approx Feb 2009, and if you search arround for reviews you will notice a HUGE change in language for pre feb 2009 reviews and post feb 2009. As they stand right now I wouldn't trust them to host anything. Their staff is clueless, tends to lie alot, and has managed to take the best hosting company in the world and turn it into the worst in less than 30 days. Tom and Jeff Peterson, if this gets to you I thank you for the years you have taken care of me so well and wish you best of luck with future endeavors, my only complaint is you really should have given us a head-up before you flushed your business down the toliet. As for the new owners of Myriad, well you can hear all about my feelings for you in the pending lawsuit. | |||

I have been with Myriad for quite some time and have been very satisfied. I was reffered by a friend and was genuinely impressed with their support response times and general server uptime. Myriad Network hosts my e-commerce website and has been doing so for approximately 2 years. I joined Myriad after they were recommended by a friend and so far I only have good things to say about them. The support staff responds in 30 minutes or so and the responses are quality compared to some of the other hosting providers I have used. Myriad also hosts all of my business emails which are critical to me. The pricing was competitive and I will be with Myriad for a while! | |||
