I've been with Midphase for a year and a half now. Overall, I've been mostly satisified. They experience little downtime. The cPanel is very easy to use and full of features.Though, I am dissapointed with the limitations on the smallest package. You are limited in subdomains, databases, etc. Customer service is helpful

Well ive recently changed host since midphase was causing problem after problem and they also removed all the features i need one being the catch all email function which is much needed to grab those customers who accidently spell a email address wrong.

Midphases customer support is not very helpful either the only upside to midphase is there storage however i would never go back to them i am now with hostgator and will never go back

overall they need to improve both customer support and services they offer and uptime

For our graphic design services company, MidPhase has been perfect. We switched from another hosting company in 2005 and the customer service and the service itself are wonderful.

Great company! Highly recommended! Since I have been with them (jan 2005) the site was down only ONCE for just a few minutes. They answer their phone immediately and were able to get me back up within 10 minutes. (this just happened last month).

I couldn't be more pleased with Midphase services since they put ciggyfree on a VPS. Smooth, sleek, and just love it. The site is too quick, never crashes, and almost entirely self-sufficient! I LOVE Midphase. I really do!
I have been with them for Two years! I had a bit of a rough spot at one time with their technical support - but I have since found out that it was Mambo back end creating a lot of our problems. Their system administrators are also excellent with offering assist on a consistent basis for more technical questions. I'd feel lost without them now!

Midphase tech support is either through phone or email trouble ticket system. Either way works pretty good. They prefer the email method, but for emergencies, I use the phone method. I have used their trouble ticket reporting system about 50 times regarding the different accounts I have with them. They respond in less than an hour. Once the dialogue begins the response is generally within 15 minutes. One time they were having a server problem with my accounts. They moved all of them to another server without any cost or bickering. My problems went away. I have found them to be easy to work with in every instance.

I signed up with MidPhase as the CMS I was using adveritsed them as beign compatible. From the beginning I had permission issues and was unable to install the CMS.

After a lot of farting around I got the CMS working fine, but was unable to integrate my forums into the CMS as there were more permission issues and database users had to be set up to make the CMS work with the forum login (which I'd never had to do on any of three previous hosts).

Email customer support was terrible, with over 8 hour turnaround time. Live chat was available but very slow and unable to address my concerns, usually giving me the same response worded differently, which was no where near what I was asking.

If I was a novice, I would be terribly frustrated at the sites forum downtime, as an intermediate user, I'm so angry with the lack of support. My hosting started almost two weeks ago, and we're still without forums.

Other than Customer Support, the features are okay - the cPanel is slow, and they don't give phpMyAdmin permission to modify or create databases, just to check them. The webmail is slow and awkward. The file manager is awkward too. Seems very budget all around, but I guess you get what you pay for.

If my issues aren't resolved today, I'm going back to WestHost - they may nickle and dime you, but the customer service is fast and accurate.
