For over a year with this host I was very satisfied. They have been down now for almost 2 weeks with no response from the owner. Unanswered emails and unable to move my files. I've had to start over from scratch with another host. NOT HAPPY. No to mention I paid for service a year in advance. the owner Nic has apparently bailed out on her clients
