Webhostingtalk.com down with datbase issues

The popular web hosting forum (webhostingtalk.com) has been down for hours with what seems to be a database issue.
The web hosting forum has been going strong for many years and as of last night seems to be offline with a database problem. For some reason it seems their were not any backups as the site was put online with an old database almost 6months old!
Here is the current status on their website:

Resolved - Database Replication Issue |
Replication of database content stopped yesterday. This issue was caused by the server crash yesterday and the affected sites will need to be shut down to restart replication. We are sorry for the inconvenience! |

We will keep an eye on this as this is a large community based website in the hosting industry.
